LaughingDevils-Pk rules:

The underlying principle of our rules is as follows:
It is strictly forbidden to intentionally harm other people, disrupt their gameplay experience or gain an unfair advantage over others.
Explanation:
1. No offensive language
It is forbidden to insult a person or a group of people, whether this be in-game, on the forums or outside LaughingDevils-pk. This applies to both public and private conversations.
2. No scamming or luring
It is forbidden to deceive a person in order to steal their items or abuse their trust through lies or false promises.
If a person is found to scam an item from another person, then they must repay twice the item (or twice the value of the item) or their account will be banned.
Scams are always discovered through our extensive logging system, so don't even try.
To clarify: luring is the act of making other people enter the wilderness, with the other party not being aware that they are at risk of losing their items when doing so.
3. No hacking
Nobody is allowed to access accounts without the authorization of the account holder, except administrators or staff members who have been authorized to do so by an administrator.
Just like scamming, hacking an account is always discovered through our logs so it's pointless to try.
4. No bug abuse
It is forbidden to make use of a bug or glitch within the game to get free items or gain an advantage over other players. Any such bugs must be reported to the staff team, you may even receive a reward for reporting it.
Same as scamming and hacking, because of our logs there is no point to abuse a bug and try to get away with it.
5. No spam or disruptive content
Pointless messages are not allowed on the forums or the yell channel. However, messages that most others find funny and that aren't disrespectful are allowed.
Disrupting public chat by quickly and repeatedly typing a message is also not allowed.
Posting vulgar, offensive or sexual pictures on the forums counts as 'disruptive content' and may result in severe punishment.
Double posting on the forums may be considered spam unless you had a good reason to bump up a thread.
6. No advertisement
It is forbidden to advertise a website, product or RuneScape Private Server, both in-game and on the forums, unless you have received authorization from an administrator to do so.
The administrator must have publicly posted his approval on the forums in order to prove you have been authorized to advertise.
It is however allowed to publicly talk about common websites (youtube, twitter, reddit, twitch.tv, facebook, etc.) without prior approval, as long as it doesn't violate any other rules.
7. No AFK botting
It is allowed to use an auto-clicker to perform boring and repetitive tasks, but you must watch over your account at all times.
Players caught using a bot or autoclicker while not attending to their character may lose LaughingDevils-Pk Points, skill experience or even their entire account.
8. No real world trading
It is forbidden to trade LaughingDevils-Pk items or accounts outside the game. It is however allowed to trade in-game items for services you provide to others on the forums.
9. No negative and harmful behavior
It is not allowed to continually post, chat or yell negative and non-constructive criticism, spread hatred or continually argue with others. We understand everyone has a bad day from time to time, but players who continually display negative behavior may receive a punishment or even be permanently removed from the community.
10. No player or staff impersonation
You may not pretend to be another real person or pretend to be related to another person if this is not true.
11. Obey staff members
When a staff member tells you to do something, or to stop doing something, you must abide.
If you believe you are being wrongfully treated by a staff member, then report this to an administrator, or to a super user if you feel the administrator is not helpful.
However, if it turns out that the staff member was in their right, an additional punishment may be issued.
12. No asking staff for items
No asking staffs for items will result in mute or jail if done a lot will result in a ban
13. As i Said: Non-Donors May Not Have Donor Items! Or they Will be taken!
14. Sharing your account is Bad. you will be punished with a Account ban.
15. Dont Sell or Buy Your Account! you will be banned perm!!!!
Extra rules and guidelines:
Forum and in-game account punishments:
Breaking a rule on the forums may result in the punishment of your in-game account.
Swearing:
We are fine with some limited and harmless swearing, but we do not tolerate it when it reaches the point of being annoying, disrespectful or discriminatory.
Clan advertisement:
Only the owner of a clan is allowed to advertise their clan on the yell channel. Anyone who advertises a clan channel on yell that they don't own is considered spam.
A yell is considered advertisement if it contains the words 'join clan name' or 'clan name is the best'. Also a yell containing nothing besides the clan name (or #clanname) is considered advertisement.
Saying negative things about another clan is not also allowed, simply because it's inappropriate and offensive towards others.
Forum thread advertisement:
It is not allowed to advertise forum threads in regards to player reports, staff reports, applications, recoveries, refunds or forum posts that are in violation with our rules. This is considered spam.
Account sharing:
Sharing an account between players is allowed, but if the account is ever hacked or stolen by either person, it will be banned and cannot be recovered by either person. We highly recommend to not share your account with anyone.
However, if a shared account was hacked by either player and one person has donated for at least 2500 credits on the account (and the other has not), then the person who donated will receive ownership of the account.
Account trading:
Trading your account with someone else is forbidden, the same goes for staking the account or putting it up for gamble. Do not accept an account if someone else gives it for free, because the original owner may reclaim it and you may end up losing it again (as well as the items on it). In some cases a given account may also be permanently banned if two people claim ownership over it.
Player made deals:
Players who make a deal with another player (outside the boundaries of the trading system) and get scammed will not be refunded, but if there is sufficient proof of a scam (such as a screenshot), then the scammer will be punished accordingly.
Inappropriate names:
If your account has an inappropriate or vulgar name, then the account will be banned.
Punishments:
Breaking a rule may result in either a warning or a punishment. Punishments vary according to the nature of the offense. Repeat offenders will receive more severe punishments than people who haven't committed offenses before.
